Meet the Rancho Cucamonga Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Rancho Cucamonga
When you call Servo Garage Doors Rancho Cucamonga, you don’t get a rotating cast of subcontractors. You get a named technician, a real person who arrives in uniform, and a crew that has worked together long enough to know exactly how each other moves on a job site. Since 2015, Marcus Deller has built this team around one principle: the customer sees the evidence. Every person on this crew carries a documentation kit, quotes from the same Clause 1 playbook, and knows the name of the last three neighborhoods they worked before noon. That’s not a slogan. That’s just how the week goes in Rancho Cucamonga.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus started Servo in 2015 after twelve years in the garage door trade, most of it spent watching companies quote jobs over the phone without ever seeing the door. That bothered him enough to build a different model, one where the written price and written scope land in the customer’s hand before any work begins. He’s the one who wrote the Clause 1 language into The Haven Standard and the one who still answers the phone at 2 a.m. when a torsion spring lets go in Etiwanda and someone can’t get their car out. On a typical job, he’s under the door with a wire gauge in hand, measuring a spring and explaining to the homeowner what a 0.250-inch coil means for cycle life. Marcus isn’t the type to stand around the office. He’s the type to show up with torx bits and a torque wrench and ask to see the last company’s estimate so he can tell you where they overcharged. Off the clock, he’s rebuilding a 1976 BMW motorcycle in the garage, which his wife tolerates but does not enjoy.
Daniel R., Lead Technician
Daniel is the technician we send when the door has already defeated two other companies. Ten years in the field, most of them spent tearing down LiftMaster and Chamberlain openers to the logic board and putting them back together with parts that actually match the model year. He specializes in torsion spring replacement and opener diagnostics, and he can usually tell you what’s wrong before he unfolds the ladder. Daniel works the high-desert heat up 15 and the coastal fog down in Ontario with the same routine: measure, photograph, document, quote, then work. The photo record on his jobs is borderline obsessive, which is exactly what Clause 4 is designed for. He lives in Rancho Cucamonga with a dog named Sprocket and two kids who think every garage door repair involves a small explosion. It usually doesn’t.
Michelle V., Service Coordinator
Michelle is the voice on the phone when you call for an emergency at 6 a.m. or a standard tune-up at 3 p.m., and she’s the reason we never say “we’ll call you back within a window.” She’s been with Servo for seven years, and she knows the Rancho Cucamonga service area the way a dispatcher should: she can tell you whether your street is in Alta Loma or Cucamonga proper without pulling up a map, and she’s the person who texts you the technician’s name and arrival time before the truck leaves the yard. Michelle handles scheduling, parts ordering for all eight major brands, and the Free Second Opinion paperwork when a customer brings in a competitor’s written estimate. She’s also the one who catches that the last company’s quote didn’t line-item the spring size, which means the price was a guess. Around here, a guess isn’t a quote. Michelle is a competitive amateur baker and has strong opinions about cinnamon rolls, which the crew benefits from weekly.
Trevor J., Apprentice Technician
Trevor is in his third year of the trade, which means he’s still young enough to think every snapped cable is interesting and smart enough to know he’s not touching one until Daniel says so. He’s training under Marcus and Daniel on the full scope: spring winding, opener rail alignment, weather seal installation, and the painstaking art of a clean work area at the end of a job. Trevor handles a lot of the parts inventory and does the pre-visit safety checks on the trucks, and he’s the one who walks the customer through the photo record on his tablet when the job is done. He grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, went to Los Osos High School, and is currently saving up to convert a Sprinter van. No, he will not be living in it. He says he will be traveling in it, which Marcus says is the same thing. Trevor wants to run his own crew one day. The running joke is that he’ll have to beat Daniel at diagnosing a limit switch issue first, and that day has not arrived.
One Standard, Every Job

Every person on this crew works to The Haven Standard. Clause 1 is the written price and written scope before any work starts. Clause 4 is the documented photo record, because no customer should be asked to pay for a repair they haven’t seen. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is the backstop: if something isn’t right, we make it right. That applies whether Marcus is the one on the ladder or Trevor is the one cleaning the job site. Ten home-service brands carry this standard, but in Rancho Cucamonga, it’s these four people who actually deliver it. You call, Michelle answers, a named technician arrives, the job gets documented, and you get proof of what was done when we leave. That’s the whole idea.
